1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Swing Cricket, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are not legally able to agree yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
2. Licence and permitted use
Bytes Weavers grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Swing Cricket on compatible Android devices for private entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules.
You must not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the game except as allowed by law;
- reverse engineer, modify or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- interfere with security, advertising, scoring or technical operation;
- use automated systems, cheats or modified clients to manipulate gameplay; or
- use the game unlawfully or in a way that harms another person or system.
3. Camera permission and safe play
Motion batting uses your device camera. You are responsible for granting camera permission and ensuring the game is used in a safe environment.
Place the device securely, maintain enough clear space to swing, use an empty hand or a lightweight safe prop, and stay aware of people, animals, furniture and other objects around you. Do not swing a real cricket bat indoors or near the device.
Stop playing if you feel discomfort, dizziness, pain or loss of balance. Children should play with appropriate adult supervision.
4. Advertising and third-party services
The game may contain ads delivered by Google AdMob or other authorised partners. Ads and linked services are operated by third parties and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Bytes Weavers does not control third-party content or websites, although we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and age-appropriate settings.
You must not intentionally generate invalid ad traffic, repeatedly click ads, or interfere with advertising systems. Learn more on the Advertising and privacy choices page.
5. Intellectual property
Swing Cricket, its code, graphics, designs, audio, text and branding are owned by Bytes Weavers or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Android, Google Play, Google AdMob and related marks belong to their respective owners; Swing Cricket is not endorsed by Google.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features to improve the game, address security or compatibility, comply with law, or manage the service. Device support, performance and feature availability may vary by hardware, Android version, camera, permissions and region. Updates may be required to continue using the game.
Local progress may be lost if you clear app storage, uninstall the game, change devices or if device backup is unavailable.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect motion recognition, compatibility with every device, or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytes Weavers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of data, revenue or opportunity arising from use of the game. Our total liability for claims concerning the game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the game in the preceding twelve months or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the game, create security or legal risk, or where required by a platform provider or law. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the game, law or business. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
These terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
