Terms of Use

These terms govern use of My Diet Plan AI on iOS, Android, and related services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the App through an adult-controlled account. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate profile information.
2. Lifestyle meal-planning service
The App organises weekly menus, recipes, grocery ideas and meal logs. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical nutrition therapy or personalised weight-loss prescriptions. Recipe and photo estimates can be wrong.
3. AI limitations
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review ingredients, portion sizes, preparation steps and plan changes before use. Do not submit medical or other sensitive information.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Plus is US $5.99/month and Pro is US $12.99/month in the US storefront; local prices and taxes shown by Apple control. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Apple ID settings. AI credits are a limited, non-transferable service allowance with no cash value. Credits are charged from verified provider usage and may expire or reset as disclosed in the App. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.
5. Billing, cancellation, refunds
Apple processes payment. Cancel through Apple ID subscriptions. Deleting an App account does not cancel billing. Refund requests follow Apple App Store rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass credit or billing controls, probe security, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful content, or attempt to obtain another person’s information.
7. Your content
You retain rights in information you submit and grant BytesWeavers permission to process it only to operate, secure, and improve requested App features as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. AI models and prices may change; current credit estimates appear before use where practical.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. BytesWeavers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
