Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your My Diet Plan AI account directly inside the app. No separate support approval is required.
Delete your account in the app
- Open My Diet Plan AI and sign in.
- Open the You tab on iOS or the Account screen on Android.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@bytesweavers.tech from the email address registered to your account. Include “My Diet Plan AI account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Data deleted
Deletion removes your account profile and associated household profiles, location and meal preferences, weekly plans, meal logs, uploaded meal-photo records, AI results, chat history, saved planning memory, credit records, password-reset tokens, and active app sessions from our active systems.
Data that may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or accounting records may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the service. Encrypted backups may retain deleted data temporarily until they are overwritten under our backup schedule.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
You can delete an individual family profile from the Family screen. Associated plans and logs for that profile are also removed. You may keep your main account active.
