Terms of Use

License

Subject to these terms and the applicable Apple license terms, Bytesweavers grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Neon Shift on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store rules.

Purchases

The app may offer optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Unlimited Nitro is a non-consumable entitlement that can be restored with the same Apple Account. The 10,000 Credits pack is a consumable item and is granted once per completed transaction. Billing, refunds, taxes, and payment disputes are handled under Apple's App Store terms and procedures.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, bypass purchase validation, interfere with the game's operation, or use the app in violation of applicable law, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

Game availability and updates

Features, balancing, compatibility, and system requirements may change through updates. We may fix bugs, improve security, or change gameplay and visual content. Local progress can be lost if app data is deleted, corrupted, or made incompatible by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

Neon Shift, its code, artwork, audio, interface, and related materials are owned by Bytesweavers or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided subject to warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytesweavers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
