Neon Shift is designed for Intel and Apple silicon Macs. No sign-in is required.

Controls

• Steer: A/D or Left/Right Arrow
• Throttle and brake: W/S or Up/Down Arrow
• Nitro: Space or Shift
• Shift reality: Q or Tab
• Pause: Escape

Restore Unlimited Nitro

Open Neon Store from the main menu and choose Restore Purchases. Sign in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Unlimited Nitro is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored. The 10,000 Credits pack is consumable and cannot be restored after it has been delivered.

Purchase not appearing

1. Confirm that your Mac is online and signed in to the App Store.
2. Restart Neon Shift and open Neon Store again.
3. For Unlimited Nitro, use Restore Purchases.
4. If Apple charged you but content was not granted, include the product name, approximate purchase time, macOS version, and game version in your support email. Never send payment-card details or your Apple Account password.

Performance and graphics

Close GPU-intensive applications, connect laptops to power, and select a lower visual quality preset if frame rate is unstable. Keeping macOS and graphics drivers up to date can also improve stability.
