These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Photo Upscaler by Bytesweavers.
Use of the App
You agree to use the app lawfully and only with images you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for the images you import, edit, save, or share.
Subscriptions
AI Photo Upscaler may offer a Pro subscription, currently intended to unlock features such as bulk upscaling. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and are managed by Apple. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Output Quality
Upscaling quality depends on the source image, selected model, device capability, and available memory. Bytesweavers does not guarantee that every image will produce a specific result.
Intellectual Property
The app, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Bytesweavers or its licensors. Your imported images remain your responsibility.
No Warranty
The app is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytesweavers disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytesweavers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
