Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Local AI Video Generator Pro. By using the App, you agree to them and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
License to use the App
BytesWeavers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to these terms. You may not bypass purchase controls, redistribute the App, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it to interfere with systems or others.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights you hold in your prompts, input media, and outputs. You are solely responsible for having permission to use them and for complying with privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, export, and other applicable laws. Do not create illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, deceptive impersonation, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Third-party models and software
Model checkpoints, runtimes, and repositories are provided by third parties under separate licenses. App access to a model does not grant commercial or other rights. You must review each model card and license before download, use, distribution, or commercialization. Third-party services may change or become unavailable without notice.
Free plan and subscriptions
The Free plan currently includes three completed draft renders per seven-day period, subject to in-app limits. Pro Monthly is listed at $9.99/month and Pro Yearly at $59.99/year; the App Store displays the final localized price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in App Store account settings. Features remain available through the paid period; existing local projects and output are not deleted when Pro expires.
Subscriptions unlock maintained app capabilities. They do not include cloud compute, model licenses, storage, internet access, or generation credits. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hardware estimates do not guarantee a model will load or complete. AI output can be inaccurate, harmful, or unusable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, model availability, or compatibility with every custom repository.
Limitation, termination, and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BytesWeavers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the App, third-party models, or generated content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend misuse and update these terms prospectively; continued use after an update means acceptance.
