This policy explains how Local AI Video Generator Pro (“the App”), provided by BytesWeavers (“we”), handles information.
Information processed on your Mac
The App processes prompts, negative prompts, reference images, audio, video, model files, and generated output on the Mac. It stores app settings, projects, queue history, output paths, security-scoped folder bookmarks, model registrations, local API settings, and free-plan usage on the device.
An optional Hugging Face token and the local API bearer token are stored in macOS Keychain. Redacted diagnostics are created only when you explicitly export them to a location you choose.
Network activity
- Model downloads contact Hugging Face or another repository named by the selected model definition. Those services receive normal connection information such as IP address and request metadata under their own policies.
- Subscriptions, purchases, restoration, and entitlement checks use Apple StoreKit and are handled by Apple.
- The optional Pro API server listens locally on your Mac. You choose whether to enable it.
- The App does not send generation content to BytesWeavers and contains no advertising SDK.
Data we may receive
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, problem description, and attachments. Do not send Hugging Face tokens, API tokens, private prompts, model files, or confidential media. We use support messages to answer the request, prevent abuse, and improve documentation, and retain them only as reasonably needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
Permissions and choices
The App requests access to files and folders you select, network client access for model downloads and StoreKit, and network server access for the optional local Pro API. You can remove a model registration without deleting its files, clear the optional Hugging Face token, disable the API, or delete app data using macOS.
Children, security, and international use
The App is not directed to children under 13. We use platform security controls including App Sandbox, security-scoped bookmarks, and Keychain, but no system can promise absolute security. Third-party repositories and Apple may process data in other countries under their own terms.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be published on this page.
