Local File Scans
The app scans folders selected by you to show file metadata such as names, paths, sizes, dates, extensions, categories, and duplicate groups. Folder scan results are processed locally on your Mac and are not uploaded to Bytes Weavers servers.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your files, filenames, folder contents, scan results, or duplicate reports.
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not include advertising tracking in the app.
- We do not receive your Apple payment card information.
Optional AI Provider Settings
If you enter your own AI provider key or use an external AI service, information needed for that feature may be sent to the provider you selected. Third-party services process requests under their own terms and privacy policies.
App Data
The app may store preferences, custom rules, subscription state, and activity history locally. User documents should be saved to folders you choose, such as Desktop, Documents, or an external drive.
Support Requests
If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, app version, macOS version, screenshots, logs, or issue details.
