• Hydration Preferences: Your wake time, sleep time, daily target, glass size, and meal quiet windows.
• Activity Logs: Water intake logs for the current and past days, as well as meal log entries used to temporarily reschedule your reminders around digestion windows.
• System State: Daily schedule state and local notification diagnostics.

3. Permissions and Technical Access

The App requires certain Android operating system permissions to deliver timely hydration cues:

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to display hydration reminders, catch-up alerts, and test notifications.
• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM): Used so scheduled reminders can fire at precise times, rather than broad background windows, ensuring your hydration pace stays steady.
• Device Boot (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used securely by the notifications module to restore your scheduled reminders after a device restart or app update.
• Vibration (VIBRATE): Used for standard notification vibration feedback.
• Internet (INTERNET): Network access is used to load advertisements and when you choose to open external links (such as our developer website or email support).

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

While your core hydration logs are not shared with us, the App uses third-party services to display advertisements, which helps keep the App free:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve banner and interstitial ads. AdMob automatically collects certain device information—such as your IP address and mobile advertising IDs—to deliver ads and prevent fraud.
