These terms govern your use of Echoes ("the app"), published by Bytesweavers ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Echoes on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You agree not to use the app to break any law, to interfere with or disrupt its normal operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system related to the app or its advertising partners.
Echoes is free to play and supported by optional rewarded advertisements. In-game rewards (such as continuing after a mistake) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change or be removed at any time. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms; see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The app, including its name, code, artwork, sounds, and design, is owned by Bytesweavers and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytesweavers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
